  • The modem being used is USA AT&T Beam (Netgear AC340U) which worked for ever in the soho devices. The only thing I can see is that the Current Firmware Version SonicOS 7.0.1-5119-R4713 Instead of version 5 which matches the beam occording to the chart you sent. I wouldn't be able to downgrade the firmware for security…
